EZWeddingPlanner.com is used by brides, grooms and parents to keep track of all the details of the wedding. The typical EZWP user keeps coming back (day after day, week after week) to check and revise the details of the wedding. So when they are ready to buy what you offer, odds are excellent that they will see and react to your ad. This is not a directory listing of all your competitors, this is where you may be the only advertiser in your area in your field. Plus your ad rotates in the emails sent to brides reminding them of their plans. And you get names and addresses of brides in your area that have requested postal mail contact.


How it works
  • Pay a flat monthly fee – your ad stays up for the number of months you specify.
  • Free rotated inclusion in the emails that go out to brides reminding them of things to do.
  • Free optional email alert of member number and wedding date when someone clicks on your ad. If she has agreed to share her name, address and phone with you, that comes along too.
  • Free list of all brides who have signed up in your area and have provided addresses. You can download this for your own use in a spreadsheet or mailing program. Wedding date, signup date and clickthrough status is shown.
  • Regional advertisers: Target your market by up to 10 of either ZIP Code(s), Area Code(s) or State(s). UK only is available.
  • Local advertisers: Bullet your market with up to 2 of either ZIP Code(s) or Area Code(s).
  • Our guarantee for first time advertisers: If you don't get enough business to justify your intro rate, we'll refund it with no hard feelings. $25 ad creation fee (if any) not refundable.

Primo Screen Positions
There are only 2 ads at the top of each screen. The ads are sized 120w by 60h pixels and bracket the main logo. Design and creation is by sponsor, approved by EZ Wedding Planner. We will create the 120/60 ad for $25 (or free if you purchase three months or more).

Single semi-animated graphic per top-of-screen displayed ad. Users tell us that animated ads are distracting while they are dealing with the software, so we ask that all ads have no more than 2 graphics and change no more often than 8 seconds. Flash is not available.

Rotation is sequential per screen based on user refresh, update, or function change. The ad the user sees is based on a longest-not-seen basis. That is, all ad views are tracked by number and the ad displayed is the one the user has not seen for the longest time. This assures even rotation by user. We can accommodate twenty national sponsors and any number of regional and local sponsors (state, zips or area codes). View: whenever a page is changed or refreshed, a new view occurs and ads are rotated.

Important: If you are advertising locally, your art should show that you serve a specific area. For example, if you serve CT and NY, your ad should say something like "Serving CT and NY since 19??" which will help the brides home in on the fact that they are finding someone regional or local.

Optional Email direct program


Available: personalized email message to brides with any paid plan. You provide us with your email text and for 5¢ each, we will send it to the number of brides of your choice (by area codes, zip codes, states, everywhere, and/or by specific wedding date ranges). Or you can opt to have us automatically send your email to each bride a few days after signup or so many days/weeks/months before her wedding. Your email text entry and details are accessed from your advertiser accounts page. We do not provide email addresses. We do the emailing from our own servers.
